Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what information Viral Factory collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have — including how to request deletion of your account and data.
Effective Date: 11 August 2026Viral Factory ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using the Viral Factory mobile application (the "App").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have, including how to request deletion of your account and data. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account and Authentication Data
When you sign in to the App, we collect your basic account profile information, including your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used to create and identify your account within the App. We may also assign you an internal user identifier that is linked to your account.
1.2 App Usage Data
We collect information about how you interact with the App, including:
- The content you browse, generate, save, or publish using the App;
- Your preferences and settings;
- Device information such as device model, operating system version, and app version;
- Usage statistics, such as features used and error or crash reports.
1.3 Payment and Subscription Information
The App offers paid subscription plans (including a trial and a monthly subscription plan). Payments and subscriptions are processed by our payment service provider, Razorpay. We do not collect, store, or process your card numbers, bank account details, UPI credentials, or other payment instrument details. Razorpay may collect such details directly as required to complete your purchase, and their use of your information is governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy. We may receive and store subscription status information, such as whether a subscription is active, its plan, start date, and renewal status, in order to provide you with the features of your plan.
1.4 Instagram Integration
If you choose to connect your Instagram account to the App (through Meta's Instagram Login and Graph API), we access your Instagram account information and permissions to help you create, preview, and publish content from the App. Your Instagram access token is stored securely on your device using encrypted device storage and is used only to provide the integration you enable.
1.5 Contact and Support Data
When you contact our support team by email or WhatsApp, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and the contents of your communication, so that we can respond to and resolve your request.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account and authenticate your sign-in;
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
- Process and manage your subscriptions through our payment providers;
- Enable the Instagram integration you choose to use;
- Send you push notifications and updates related to the App's features you use;
- Analyze usage, improve the App, and fix bugs and performance issues;
- Protect against fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses trusted third-party services to operate. These services process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication, cloud database (Firestore), and push notifications (Cloud Messaging). Your account profile and App data are stored in Firebase, in accordance with Firebase's privacy terms.
- Google Sign-In — used to authenticate your identity when you sign in to the App.
- Razorpay — payment and subscription processing.
- Meta (Instagram) — Instagram Login and Graph API, used only if you connect your Instagram account to the App.
- Content and AI services — our backend may use third-party content and AI services (such as Google Gemini, YouTube Data API, and News API) to generate and suggest content for you. These services generally do not receive your personal account data.
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We may share information only as needed to operate the App, comply with the law, respond to legal process, or protect the rights and safety of our users and the public.
4. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit (TLS), secure storage of credentials using encrypted device storage, restricted access to production systems, and verification of sensitive callbacks (such as payment webhooks) using cryptographic signatures.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- Account data — retained while your account is active.
- Payment and subscription records — retained as required by applicable financial, tax, and legal requirements, even after your account is deleted.
- Usage and analytics data — retained in a form that is not linked to your identity where possible, for as long as needed for product improvement and security.
6. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. When you request account deletion:
- Your account profile, preferences, saved content, and usage data are deleted;
- Your Instagram integration (if connected) is removed; and
- Payment/subscription transaction records may be retained only to the extent required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as refunds and fraud prevention.

7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at appdrawfix@gmail.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, our practices, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.

Jurisdiction: This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
